We appreciate your purchase and want you to have your item(s) as quickly as possible. Our standard processing time is 2 business days after the order is placed, however we try to ship orders the same day if received by noon, EST.

EXPRESS/OVERNIGHT SHIPPING: Is offered at checkout for domestic orders.

We ship Monday - Friday excluding any holidays that fall on a weekday. Upon shipping, you'll receive an email confirmation that your purchase has been shipped. Please use the tracking number in your email to track your package via USPS or UPS. If your order has been delivered per tracking, please reach out to USPS or UPS first.

Please make sure your address is correct by checking the confirmation email we send to you.  If your address is incorrect and the post office returns your item, you will be responsible for the additional charge to re-ship it to you.  In the event you choose not to pay the re-ship fee, we will issue you a gift card for your order.  A cash refund will not be given in this circumstance.

ITCFM now has added insurance to all priority selected orders placed through our website as well as our mobile app. This protects your purchase if it's lost, stolen or damaged.

Once your order is received, it is sent immediately to our fulfillment center to be processed. Therefore, we cannot cancel or make changes to confirmed orders.
